Question regarding "Notes Master" layout

Can anyone tell me how I can achieve the following in setting up a "Notes
Master"?

1. Remove the black border around the slide picture on the upper half of
the page?
2. Use my slide title as the title for the Notes View and remove it from
the slide copy in notes view?
3. Setup a different layout for odd and even pages for Notes Printing.

I really appreciate any help or advice on the above.

View |Master |Notes Master. Click on the slide section and use the drawing
toolbar to set to no line. You can add any text you want to the Master and
move the placeholders around to suit what you want. You can also resize the
slide section.

Can't help for odd and even pages - I don't think this is an option without
an add-in.

You might try File > Send to Microsoft Office Word to see if you can
manipulate the Word file to your desired format...
