Hi,

I just exported a "Contacts" list from Outlook 2000 from another PC. I
imported this .PST file onto my PC. When I open up Outlook 2000 from my PC, I
can see all the sub-folders inside "Contacts". And within those sub-folders, I
can see all the contact names and email addresses.

But when I click on "Inbox", click on "New" to create a new email message, I
click on "To", the contacts that I saw earlier are not there. At the top, it
says "Show Names from the", and to the right of that, it says "Contacts".

What do I need to do so that when I create a new email message, the Contacts'
names and email addresses will show up. Thanks.

Rightclick the addition Contacts folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook Address
Book and select the option
