Question re: Minimizing/ showing desktop

Hi. I'm wondering how to minimize all actives and show the
desktop. I know in 2000 you can click the "Show Desktop"
button next to the Start button. But, a co-worker, who uses
XP, says she doesn't have that button. Is there another way
to show desktop? An alt or ctrl command? Alt-Escape only
brings the start menu up, doesn't minimize. Thanks!

As Paras said, Win+D (Win+M works as well). To get the Show Desktop
button back on the taskbar, right click the task bar, Toolbars->Quick
Launch.
