Tips:
You can modify the way an article looks in a Discussion
Web by applying a theme to the page with the form (post
artcile page); then on the form properties check 'get
background colour from' and link it to that very page you
are on.
Modify your theme; apply css; edit the text.
H2: appears top of the article and is the thread title
H3: is the 'Comment' title; (name of your comment field)
Body: will make changes to the article font and layout;
and to the other field titles; from., date, subject, etc.
You can also modify the paragraph; indent it.
(this is all on the article page; these changes do not
effect the page with the theads; theres another way to do
that).
Question;
But it doesn't seem to do much else? You can't apply a
border or shading to the body? Can't change the line
spacing? Anyone know what other tags could be changed?
Also I want a side border? can that be done?
(I know third parties boards might be the way to go; but
not interested in the smiley faces and moderators and all
the little extra gadgets you get. Also not sure how to
download and apply so FP I guess will do. Need something
simple).
Thanks
