What does a red exclamation point mean to the left of an E-mail title.
It seems to appear when I get fraud email.

TIA

The sender has marked the message as high priority, probably to encourage
you to read it and give away all personal info etc.

It means the message has been marked High Priority by the
sender.

To see a list of all the Outlook Express message list icons go
to Start -> Run and enter the following in the Open box.

hh.exe msoe.chm::/mail_messlist_icons.htm

Or open Help in Outlook Express and enter "Outlook Express
message list icons" in the Search box.

Good luck
