Question on Processes

Hi everyone,

Under the processes tab in the Windows Task Manager, I see that processes
seem categorized. The categories I see under "user" are owner, system,
local service, network service. Are the "owner" categories the ones that I
could safely prevent from automatically starting through msconfig? Thanks.
 
Assuming that you're logging on to the Owner account, most likely.
