Question on Hyper-Threading

According to a publication I have from Intel, "Hyper-Threading (HT)
Technology was introduced into the IA-32 architecture in the Intel Xeon
processor MP and in later steppeings of the Intel Xeon processor. It is also
supported by the Intel Pentium 4 processors at 3.06 GHz or higher."

So does this mean that a Xeon processor must also be at or above 3.06 GHz to
support Hyper-Threading? If not is there a cutoff of speed before which a
Xeon Processor does not support Hyper-Threading?

To track the history of Xeon processors, you'd have to go
through all the datasheets on this page. That doesn't
sound like a lot of fun.

The processorfinder.intel.com site should have this info,
but the few entries I looked at were blanks when it
came to feature set. I guess Intel expects their customers
to keep better track of these things, than Intel does.
