Question on Find

One of my coworker's Word acts strange. When you put in a string in the Find
tool to search, it never goes away. Even if you close the current word
document and opens a different one, the string is still there when you bring
up the find tool. Mine does not do that though. It is not a big deal but I am
just curious why this happens with her Word.

Exiting Word and restarting should clear the settings in the Find dialog box.

But if it is Word 2003 and Word is the editor for e-mails in Outlook, Word
may not have shut down if Outlook is still running. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and
check the running processes for Winword.
