Question on dfs structure - organizing data by category, not location

I have user directories on 5 win2k servers (typically in a collective user
directory with each users folder shared$). Is there a way to present them
all under a common user link in dfs? Or must I create a User root dsf on one
server to accomplish this? I must be missing something because the dfs
structure seems very flat, no way to lump common info across multiple
servers under a common "node" by category.
