I tried the group footer supression but found it did not work on a 4 column
label print-out. Access inserts the footer on a column basis and the other
three columns are not spaced down accordingly.
Presently I have solved my problem by adjusting label data position within
the detail section so that the "creep" keeps the data inside the label. The
first row prints the data just above the label bottom edge and the 12th row
prints it just below the top edge.
I would appreciate knowing if there is a way to use the supressed header
approach on a multiple column print-out.
Thank you for your assistance.
