Problem reducing report width

Hi,
I need a report to print on 11x17 paper, but I want to set the report width
to 12.5" (footers have non-white background color, and I don't want the color
to extend beyond the table when printed). But Access won't allow me to move
the right edge of the report lower than 16.5". There are no data boxes,
labels, lines or anything in the space from 12.5 to 16.5, so I can't figure
out why this is happening. I have a different version of this report that
doesn't have this problem, and the only difference design-wise is there are
no footers and hence no non-white background colors. Any suggestions?

Have you tried going to file\page setup and adjust the margins?

Yes, they're set very small; right margin is 0.166 (the rest are no larger
than 0.225)
