This is the situation:

I've configured one group policy for all my computers on domain. In this
group policy is defined some restrictions on file system and
registry.Machines have a different configuration based on installed software
and i receive some errors in event viewer based on user enviroment.I
discovered that windows during startup is trying to set permissionson
folders on drive C which doesn exist and thats ok.Is there any possibility
to force Windows durring startup to check folders and if it doesnt exist
that he skip to create permissions on it?Sorry my english isn't so good.

No, you have to type valid file system security entry's if you doesn't want
that in the event log. there is a few variables to use like %SystemRoot% ,
%ProgramFiles% , %username% etc
