Question: conditional loading of a template

I am supporting a group of users, all using Win XP and Office 2003.
The users email me their questions, without always providing the
min. info needed to resolve their issues.

To gently "remind" them of the need for entering the info, I am thinking
of creating a template and have all of them install it on their machines
such that when they create a new message and type my email address
in the TO field, this template is automatically loaded.
Once loaded, the sender can fill out the fields shown in the template.

Question: Is this possible?
Any info, leads appreciated.

I don't think you can do it that way - but you can create a preaddressed
template for them to use. You'll need to have them install it or add it to a
toolbar button.
