Question and answer presentation

I am new to powerpoint. I am trying to set up a question and aswer
presentation. I need to show the question first with the answer hidden.
Later, I need to be able to show the answer and comment after allowing for
discussion.

Create 2 slides per question

1st slide - shows only the question

2nd slide - shows both the question and the answer

the answer will not be visible until you move through your presentation in a
'slideshow'

Repeat for each question
