Question about user privileges. Please help...

Ok, I just setup a user account (Limited Account) on my computer so my
Brother can use it. I of course have an "Administrator Account".

Here's the problem; When my Brother tries using MSN Explorer, he gets a
message saying something like "This user does not have the priveleges needed
to setup MSN Explorer. Please try again with a Windows Administrator user"

How do I give my Brother the priveleges to use the MSN Explorer program?

My 2 cents:
why not simply give him also the Administrator Account option. (unless, of
course, your brother is a "shady" character and you don't completely trust
him.)

I setup a user account for nephew. For the user account to access the
internet I had to setup a new internet connection identical to my account.

Opps, one more thing. I had to give the user account administrator privilage
while I set the account up, then returned the accout to limited.
