Question about Processes

[Confused_in_TN]

My computer has been acting weird lately and I was
wondering if the running Processes I have could be to
blame. If someone would be so kind as to read through my
Processes list and tell me if there is something there
that shouldn't be, I'd really appreciate it.

Yr system is infected with, at least, spyware/trojans
Download, update, and run Adaware and SpyBot - google for -
You may also have a virus.
You can run online scans from Symantec or McAfee web sites
Ensure you have run Winupdate, and installed critical patches
