Question about policy

what is the distinction between all policy
is it correct

Defaut domain controller policy
override
Default domain policy
override
local policy

do i miss something ?

It processes Policies in the following order:

Local
Site
Domain
Ou

If a conflict and no blocking set then the lower in the order takes
precedence.
