Question about NoteXPad (listed in "Text Editor Review")

After reading the review of text editors from the following URL:

I became curious about NoteXPad, but the download link from the page
doesn't work, and the program appears suspiciously absent from the rest
of the web. Does someone here know what the deal is with this program?
Or where it can be obtained, preferably with a link to the author's site.

I think this is a different program. NoteXPad 1.4x is writtten in Assembly.
The old URL, and the redirect, has gone 404.
If no-one else can provide you a link, I have a copy and can upload to
Rapidshare, Yousendit etc if req.
