Question About how to start Multiple Programs From a .bat File

I'm trying to start Netscape & Outlook simoultainiously from a .bat file.
Just putting the path to each exe or "call" each exe starts the first program
and then the bat file waits until that program ends before executing the next
command and starting the next program.

Is there a way to start the second program without having the first one end?

What I really want is to have the bat file to start both programs and then
have the bat file itself end.
