Question about border colors

Is there a way that I can get my shared borders to display a colored border
around the entire area?
 
You could try putting a table with visible borders in the shared
border...dunno if that will work for ya or not.
 
Shared borders are really "borders" they are essentially 'server side
includes'. so you'll need to apply the background of whatever to the border
page (found in _borders, they are named left.htm, right.htm, top.htm and
bottom.htm and created when you set the option to apply shared borders).
 
Shared Borders are definitely NOT server side includes. They are
inserted on the page when the page is saved.
