Query_SQL Total by Start Date and End Date

I would like to have a text box show me a number ("total number of days") in
cycle based on user input "StartDate" and "EndDate"

Example user input: 04/01/2005
user input: 04/29/2005
txtBox shows answer of " 28 " days in cycle.

can this be done? How difficult would it be to do? What would the steps I
need to know be?
