I've been searching for quite some time now, but I haven't found anything that suits my needs. So here we go.
I am trying to create a query that gives me the running totals of the results of the last twelve months (2010/10 -2011/09) and compare that total to the total of the previous period (2010/09 - 2011/08). It's might a bit difficult to understand, so here's a little example:
Repmonth - actuals - total
2011/03 - 50
2011/04 - 25
...
2012/02 - 35 - the sum of the amounts from 2011/03 - 2012/02
2012/03 - 43 - the sum of the amounts from 2011/04 - 2012/03
I hope this makes it a bit clear.
Any input would be very helpfull.
