On my Query I have CallLogID and ReviseDate. ReviseDate includes the date
and time the record was last revised. When I run my query, there could be
several rows for the same CallLogID, as the ReviseDate is different (see
below). How do I tell my query to only show one row per CallLogID and that
the row to show should be the one with the max ReviseDate.

Call Log ID ReviseDate
347223 2/6/2009 9:11:36AM
347223 2/6/2009 9:20:00 AM
347224 2/6/2009 10:20:00 AM

Open the query you are using in design view.

Click on the Totals button (sideways "M", the 'sigma' character).

Use "GroupBy" for [CallLogID].

Use "Maximum" for [ReviseDate].

Run it
