If you are in the design view for your query, you need to add each of the
tables you will be using. You can click the 'show table' button which looks
like a blue form with a yellow plus sign.
Once this box pops up, double cliek on each of the tables you wish to use.
The system should find the matching fields in the arious tables and create
the links for you. I not, post back and I will help you.
Drag the fields you want to the bottom section to create the query.
