How do I write a query where I want the return to show
records that appear in table A and Table B but not in
Table C?
 
Something like this to get you started:

SELECT A.*
FROM ([Table B] AS B INNER JOIN [Table A] AS A
ON B.LinkingFieldName = A.LinkingFieldName)
LEFT JOIN [Table C] AS C
ON A.LinkingFieldName = C.LinkingFieldName
WHERE C.SomeOtherFieldName Is Null;
