Query too complex and system resources exceeded error

I created an access 9.0 database and sent it to another user to run a macro
in this database. When she ran the macro it gave her the error message
"query too complex" and "system resources exceeded". I can run this same
exact macro and I do not receive error messages.

What could be causing this problem? Thanks for your help.
 
possible:
same jet-version & updates?
same office-updates?
eventually windowsupdates
....
