Query to sum between specific date And Date()

Hello frndz,

The period of sum required is 26th date to Date() (which is <25th of the current month), can someone plz. help me.

Example:
Date ATD
30-Sep-12 1
13-Oct-12 2
26-Oct-12 3
27-Oct-12 4
28-Oct-12 5

SUM = 12 (3+4+5)
