Query Problem

I am using criteria field in Design View to run a query.

I have the criteria correctly entered as it appears in the data, but the
query will not return any of the records. Oddly enough, when I add
additional criteria to query by, the proper records are returned.

Please post your SQL.
SQL is not "odd", it behaves in very predictable ways.
