Query one column in to many

Hi,

I have to create a query that I can't wrap my head around. I have a simple
table with block#, activity (there can be many different activity on a block)
and date. I need to put each activity in a different column that just shows
the date of that activity. So instead of the original activity column with
activity A, B, and C, I need columns A, B, and C that will have dates filled
in.

Any help!?!
