Query not showing all data lines

Using Access 2000, have query linked to excel worksheet.
When query adds another line of data, info doesn't display
in excel. Query is a crosstab with rows of months, so
when a new month of data is added it does not display.
Would this be an access or excel issue?

All help much appreciated.
 
CrossTab Queries are NOT updateable AFAIK so I am
surprised that you could add "another line of data" in the
DatasheetView (?) of the CrossTab Query.

Perhaps, I misunderstood your description.
