query multiple values in from a table

I have a large table that consists of over 10,000 rows. I have a spreadsheet with 9-15 values in it. I would like to query all the records in the large table for rows that match any of the values stored in the spreadsheet.

Is there an easy way to do this, without using a bunch of "OR" and entering each value into the query.
