Query For Multiple Criteria Tied to 1 or more Elements

Here's the situation... Say I have a table of employees who may work at
various sites in teams throughout a year. I want to be able to supply a
partial team as the criteria to cross reference other teams that may have
included those members.

I am unsure how to do this and would appreciate anyone's help to build such
a query by example.
