Query Field Names from Tables

Is there a way to return the field names (not the underlying data) for all
tables in a query? (not looking for properties, just name)

I have a DB designed by anther person with 20+ tables. I am trying to
figure out what table has what fields.

nFaux,

Access has a built-in documenter that will do this. Choose Tools, Analyze,
Documenter. Select the Tables Tab and click the Select All button. Click
the Options button, and select Nothing for the indexes, and Names, DataTypes
& Sizes for the fields.
