Query Data Updating

I am having problems with a query that exports data to Excel. It ran
correctly the first time, but now it will not replace the old data with the
new data that I queried for. I am not very familiar with Access. What can I
do to correct this problem?

Are you saying that the query is not returning the newer data or that the
export is not putting the most recent data into the Excel file?

I use a macro to transfer data to excel.

Anyway, are you trying to replace all data in excell or just the data that
matches the query?

I have transfered complete tables but if you want partial data replaced it
will be more difficult.
