Query count previous record

Can someone help me with the follow problem.
I want to count in acces in an query the first record then in the second row
i want to count the first and the second record. In the thirth i want to
count the thirth and the sum of the second record.
Is someone who can help me with this problem

This is an example the month runtime quantity and % month is from a table,
and the count is the function i don't now how to make. The first row is 233
but the second row is the first row + the second row (233+75), i have wrote
the count he must make.
