Query Calculation

I have a Query set up to calculate a rating called OWN eg:
OWN:[RATING]-[TBTN]*[LBSPL] which is working perfectly.
What I would really like though is that every time the
TBTN field is greater than 10 the OWN field will register
zero. Can anyone help please

OWN: IIf([TBTN] > 10, 0, [RATING]-[TBTN]*[LBSPL])
