Quantum Fireball Plus LM 30 GB HDD (7200 RPM; EIDE)'s controllerburned! Replaceable?

Recently, my power supply unit failed and damaged my old ASUS A7V333
motherboard and Quantum Fireball Plus LM 30 GB HDD (7200 RPM; EIDE). On
the HDD, I have a Linux installation which I would like to avoid
reinstalling from scratch on a new HDD. The HDD will spin, but it cannot
be detected from the motherboard. Analyzing the drive's circuit seem to
have burn marks like the dead motherboard.

What can I replace the circuit board with beside another Quantum
Fireball Plus LM HDD which seems to be rare these days even on eBay.

Thank you in advance.

Damn. It was working after the PSU incident, but one day it stopped
responding. :(

You should be able to get the data back by swapping the
logic card if you can find another working copy of that drive.
Ideally the copy should be as close as possible, but it should
be fine as long as its the same model with a drive that old.

So, I only can use the original HDD brand and model circuit board. I was
hoping there would be an universal circuit board. :(
