qomllli.dll - Need help

I dll file is in my system32 file, and winlogon.exe has been taking up lots
of CPU lately. The dll file is being called a trojan, and it won't delete or
move or anything because it is 'in use by another file'. It just keeps
popping up on my virus scanner.. I need help on how to get rid of it, please!

Try to boot your computer into "Safe Mode" (F8 when you start your computer,
before it gets to the Windows loading screen), and then use your virus
scanner to scan and clean your computer.

Check Symantec's website (www.symantec.com) for information on the trojan
you have -- you can use the same steps to remove it that they suggest, except
that you will use your virus scanner instead of Norton AntiVirus for those
steps.

Best Wishes,
Kurosh
