qmgr.dll error, tried everything on this newsgroup

Hi all, I've been having error messages regarding qmgr.dll

When I opened the Event Viewer in Computer Management, it tells me that
'Windows cannot access the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\qmgr.dll' etc. etc.

I've checked this newsgroup, tried everything in other's posts, like
regsvc32 qmgr.dll in START -> RUN, the problem consists. I've also tried to
updating windows, but have error messages code 08x00A01CE.

I felt helpless here now... Please could anyone give me a hand!!!

Yes, sorry, typing mistake. I did run regsvr32 qmgr.dll, it says succeeded.
The error message still comes up!
 
It seems that the problems solved! (at least the error message did not come
up again!)

I went to the first google site, downloaded a free qmgr.dll version 6.6
something and overwrite it to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\qmgr.dll. Then reboot the
computer, so far it seems alright. That was 15 minutes ago. Figure crossed,
that's the solution to it!

Also might be worth creating a Restore point just in case something is
messing with your system files...
