What exactly does Q824706 install in the image that allows me to distribute
QFE updates to my kiosk?

My issue is that i have older systems that do not include the Q824706 QFE
update when they were built in TB. These systems will not allow me to install
QFE updates. Short of rebuilding thousands of systems, Is there a way i can
manually take the nessissary files/"scripts" and put them on these older
kiosks so that QFE updates do work? The QFE update contains no files in the
TB database from what i can tell.

It's just a list of components (no additional files added). What you'd have
to do is see what components were missing from your previous build then look
at each component to see what needs to happen to apply those to an image
already out there.
