Q823182 Update / Binary Registry key value

I am having problems with the Q823182 update. Specifically with regard to
the registry; one of the key/values is binary, and I am not quite sure how
to get it to work. The value for the key is comma delimited and so the Dusc
compiler will error out if the value is not encapsulated in a set of quotes.
But, if I use quotes for a binary key, this too will give me an error. This
is the hkey/key/value:

Usually with lenghty registry updates I just try and
grab the key off of a XP Pro Box. You can export the key
and throw it into the registry via your script using the
following command:
EXECUTEPROCESS,,,,C:\Windows\System32\regedt32.exe,,/S
C:\RegistryKeyName.Reg

This seems to work rather well and it saves alot of time
for me.
