[Q] Language keeps resetting....

G'Day,

Env: Windows XP with all latest patches installed

I have my box set up to do ENG Australian as well as CHI (MS PinYin).
However occassionally when I switch text entry (say by alt tabbing to
another app or by opening a new app and starting to enter text) my
input changes from ENG to CHI. Now I have ENG as my default input
mechanism so:

- Why is this happening?
- How do I prevent it happening?

G'Day Donovan;
A couple of thoughts. Is there a blue Language icon down by your clock? Turn Chinese
IME on 101 keyboard on or off CTRL + SPACEBAR?
