Dear Sir/Madam
When I switch my computer on, I get two messages both
saying the same thing. I get rid of them every time, and
my computer seems to be working OK, but what do these
messages mean and what can I do about them? The messages
are:

RUNDLL
ERROR LOADING C:\WINDOWS\IMAGE.NEW
THE SPECIFIED MODULE COULD NOT BE FOUND

I look forward to hearing from you

Mr Cooper

You should check the registry for an entry called
image.new. At the start button click run and type regedit
and press enter. Click File-Export and save a copy of
your registry as a back up. Make then name todays date
and save it to the desktop. When you're done this whole
procedure and everything is working fine you can delete
this but save it until after you reboot. Click Edit and
then Find. In the find box type in Image.new. When the
entry is found you should delete. After you delete it
keep pressing the F3 key to make sure you get all
instances of the file, deleteing as you go. You will get
a message when you have reached the end of the registry.
Close regedit, reboot, and the message will be gone.
