Non-ending windows poppup

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please help me stop a pop-up that comes up every 3
minutes--It says:

RUNDLL:
Error Loading C:\program~1\common~2\Addres~1\cnbabe.dll
Module could not be found.

It's caused by a spyware called CommonName: Run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). Update Ad-Aware before scanning
