putting together a user privilege report

I'm looking for a way of compiling a list of a specifc user's privileges throughout the AD. For example, if I'm interested in a specifc user X, I want to be able to output some sort of report of which server shares X has permission to read, write or change. As long as i can get the information in some way without looking through the network manually, compiling it into a nice report shouldn't be to difficult.

Any suggestions or links for further reading would be highly appreciated.
