Putting signatures on emails through Outlook through other applica

I've got signatures working fine for emails and responses, but when sending
pictures through Picasa, or databases with winrar, files throught acrobat,
etc., I can't figure out how to get the signature to show up.

(Don't tell me to export the files and send from within Outlook. That is
too much to ask of someone who has spent this much for an Office Suite)
 
When you initiate a new message that way only of a stub of Outlook will get
loaded. Notice that the message format is also in Plain Text and that the
e-mail editor is always Outlook even when Word is set as the e-mail editor.
You can't change this.
