Putting Sheet Names in a range and renaming it?

How do I put all of the sheet names in a range and rename it?

A literal answer:

Enter each sheet name in a series of adjacent cells.

Select the range.

Enter a name in the Name Box (to the left of the Formula Bar) and hit Enter.

But I don't hink this is what you are asking. Perhaps a clearer description
of your objectives is in order.
