HELP!!
If I use Outlook to (supposedly) transfer files using the
export feature, I hit a dead end.
The first time I tried to export to comma delineated
files, I got a message saying "Insert original XP disk /
this feature is not currently supported".
I inserted the original (legal) disk and it flipped over
to a list of the 10 or so files on that disk. As I didn't
have the faintest idea what to do next, I went back to the
export screen. Now all activity has halted. If I try
again, it simply goes to highlight "Personal folders" and
quits. It does not offer me the Next function. Nor does
it tell me to insert the original disk again.
I tried the "find and repair" function. Nada.
Any suggestions??
When the damn program is installed, why doesn't it install
everything in the first place??
(I hate Bill Gates, but I cannot convert to a Mac! Now
what!!)

Then don't use it. Just copy the PST over, make sure the copy is not
Read-Only, and use File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders File,
depending on version) to open it.
