Put outlook 2003 into tray and keep running whole time?

I want to put outlook in the sys tray and keep it running all the time the
computer is on. Eliminate the bar at the bottom of the screen
 
in the task tray you would see your outlook icon when open (near your clock)
right click on this and choose
Hide when minimized.
