"Put In Cartridge"

My printer won't print because it says I need to "put in cartridge". I've
done everything there is to do. I've unpluggd it, I've changed the cartridge,
everything. When I press the blue button, the port doesn't return. The status
says that I need to "Put in cartridge or make sure top is closed", and they
both are. HELP PLEASE!!

Why are you posting here?! This has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows,
it's a fault with the printer and you should be contacting the manufacturer.
You won't receive much assistance here.
